These devices are wirelessly linked directly to the EBS-RCM and online portals can be monitored from the comfort of the clients offices and homes, whilst the BillSoftManager is an online service that facilitates the accessing of bills by prospective payers (companies/individuals) from any designated Pay point, agent or bank so far as they have their payer ID and access reference number.
