AUTOMATED REVENUE RECEIPT (ARR)

The Automated Revenue Receipt (ARR) is a unique computer generated receipt that replaces manually issued receipts.  It is a tamper proof and guarantees a reduction in revenue losses, forgery and double counting.

The Automated Revenue Receipt is embedded with unique validation protocol that allows you to confirm the information on the receipt with information from the database.  You can validate ARR online for example at www.ghana.ebs-rcm.com e.g. STMA or through your GSM Phone by sending an SMS message comprising the receipt number to specified GSM numbers.  The validation result will show the name of the payer, amount paid and date of payment.
A water-mark feature on the receipt provides additional information including payer’s name, date of payment, amount paid and the receipt number all enclosed in aligned braces.  There is also a footnote report of the official who generated the receipt.

The Automated Revenue Receipt has enhanced security features.  The security protocol on the receipt has the user information embedded on it thereby providing more information for the user to detect forgery.  The Automated Revenue Receipt is issued instantaneously after payment at the bank or Pay Points
